INTRODUCTION

Miraculous Creations (“we / us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy (together with our terms and conditions of use and any other documents referred to in it) describes the personal information that we collect from you, and how that information may be used or disclosed by us. This policy does not apply to information collected on any third-party site or by any third-party application that we may link to. By using or accessing our Services, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time and your continued use of the Services is deemed to be acceptance of such changes.

Section 1 – WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When you complete a transaction on our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This information is required to create a unique account for you. You will receive automatic emails in regards to account creation and completing a transaction on our Web Store. We may also send you emails about updates to your purchases, new products that may interest you based on your purchases or other important updates. We only collect information to provide services to you; we never sell your information, or provide any information about you to third parties.

Section 2 – CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Other than the aforementioned emails in Section 1, if we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Section 5 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We only use third-party processing for payments and none of your payment method information is stored by us.

Our site uses the WooCommerce system for account generation and management. WooCommerce must use a cookie to store your account and login status information. As noted prior, third-party services may use cookies which would be detailed in their respective privacy policies.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You have full control of your data and you may contact us at any time to request that your data be updated, anonymized or deleted entirely. Your data will be updated or removed from our servers within three business days of your request. Please be aware that after we update or delete data it may still remain in your browser’s cache or on a third-party caching server for a limited time until the cache is cleared.

We comply with EU data protection laws for customers located in the European Union. The right to be forgotten means that if you upload photos or videos of people, those people have the right to request we remove those files if they so desire. We will comply with valid removal requests for requesters based in the EU.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so review it as often as you feel neccesary. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to provide Services to you.
